Getting started

Have you suffered a new (non-emergency) injury?

Do you have nagging pain that is limiting you from being 100%?

Have you had previous rehab that didn’t live up to expectations?

Do you want to prevent future re-injury?

Are you 100% but would like to take it to the next level?

THEN YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE. Here are your next steps:

  • The state of Texas requires a physician referral before being treated by a physical therapist.
    1. If you have recently seen a physician, contact their offices and ask for a script for physical therapy
    2. See your physician for a check-up and inquire about a script for physical therapy
    3. You may also seek a physical therapy referral after visiting the urgent care center, podiatrist, dentist, or chiropractor
  • I am able to see you for an INITIAL EVALUATION ONLY or a WELLNESS SCREEN
    1. For this initial visit, I do not require a referral
      • If I see that you may benefit from physical therapy, then seeing a physician would be the next step

For any questions on how to proceed, please contact me and I will direct you in the right direction

*If you have suffered a serious injury, please dial 9-1-1 for emergency assistance

**If your injury may require medical attention, but is not severe enough to require an ambulance ride, please seek out an emergency room or urgent care facility immediately
