About Me

The first day of senior year two-a-days football camp was supposed to be filled with excitement. I was a co-captain of my team and had a chance to start at both offense and defense. Destiny had other plans. During the Oklahoma drill, I dislocated my elbow. The upper extremity specialist told me that it would take 8-10 weeks before I would return to the field. With my physical therapist always safely pushing me to my limit, I was able to get back in 5 weeks just in time for the Homecoming Game. That’s when I decided that I wanted to become a physical therapist and change lives, just as my physical therapist changed my life

I am no stranger to experiencing and rehabbing injuries in the sports population. My athletic versatility ranges from high school football, track and field, and 2x state champion in co-ed cheerleading. I played 4 years of college rugby for the University of Illinois at Chicago where I was named Rookie of the Year-Forward and was selected to the all-star team. I have rehabbed athletes ranging from high school recruits, D1 college players, weekend warriors, and masters athletes.

When I am not in the clinic, you will find me in the weight room, trying new restaurants with my beautiful wife, or watching sports on TV rooting for the Chicago Cubs, Oakland Raiders, Chicago Bulls, Chicago Blackhawks, Chicago Bears, and University of Houston
