Have you suffered a new (non-emergency) injury?
Do you have nagging pain that is limiting you from being 100%?
Have you had previous rehab that didn’t live up to expectations?
Do you want to prevent future re-injury?
Are you 100% but would like to take it to the next level?
THEN YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE. Here are your next steps:
- The state of Texas requires a physician referral before being treated by a physical therapist.
- If you have recently seen a physician, contact their offices and ask for a script for physical therapy
- See your physician for a check-up and inquire about a script for physical therapy
- You may also seek a physical therapy referral after visiting the urgent care center, podiatrist, dentist, or chiropractor
- I am able to see you for an INITIAL EVALUATION ONLY or a WELLNESS SCREEN
- For this initial visit, I do not require a referral
- If I see that you may benefit from physical therapy, then seeing a physician would be the next step
- For this initial visit, I do not require a referral
